Welcome!

Welcome to Kingdom Conversations! You are about to engage a journey of dialog, reflection and study to help you migrate toward a Kingdom-oriented corporate expression. The intent is realignment to a more accurate revelation of Jesus Christ, and a return to foundations that have become obscured by the traditions of men and religious paradigms. At times you will experience a great sense of validation concerning stirrings that are already in your heart. At times you will experience that uncomfortable place of having your theology challenged. But at the end of this journey you will have forged a new path that is straight, narrow and fixed on the destination of Christ.

These conversations are not meant to be exhaustive teachings. The concepts are too big – the content too expansive. Neither are they step-by-step instructions, or fill-in-the-blank exercises. Rather, they serve as primers for discussion, prayer and study – requiring you to process together and engage the Spirit of God. They are intentionally panoramic trusting the Spirit of God to reveal the subtle details and nuances. We consider them as a two-fold guide on the journey towards Kingdom: both a roadmap and a framework.

Roadmap

Any good roadmap provides the necessary details to get you from your current location to your desired destination. We have found that many individuals and groups have a strong desire to migrate but lack a good roadmap. Kingdom Conversations functions as a guide for the exodus from traditional forms and models of church to a relational, missional, borderless yet local expression of the Kingdom in community. The sessions are ordered and constructed to initiate the dialog that shapes an environment wherein the path is made clear. Each Conversation builds upon the last prompting participants to rethink traditional paradigms through interactive discussion from a healthy, non-destructive perspective.

Framework

One of the consistent issues with those on this beautiful journey is the dilemma of structure. Because of the highly programmatic and enslaving nature of religion, the tendency with many seeking “organic” expressions is to forsake structure altogether. Yet the creation of God testifies that order, structure and predictability are woven into the divine tapestry. The disconnect comes when that which should be an internal, naturally formed and vital aspect of the body becomes subjected to an externally imposed force. When that which is naturally supported from within is forced to conform to a unnatural system imposed from the outside, it requires contorting and distorting the Body.
